ABOUT US
NATHAN LEVY - FOUNDER
After graduating from SKEMA Business School in 2005 with a BA in sales and negotiation, Nathan worked with key accounts and managed sales teams throughout France and internationally.
In 2011, he created a consulting company specializing in tele-sales and customer services over the phone.
In 2013, he founded his own call center with Vincent, his friend and business partner. Direct-callcenter was born.
VINCENT LEVY - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Having managed a French Railways customer service team between 1998 and 2012,
Vincent was accepted into the prestigious “Accor Academy”.
Vincent went on to manage the tele-sales team for a car parts company.
Since 2013, he has been very involved in the creation and development of Direct-callcenter.
Direct-callcenter is a family enterprise that enjoys working with self-employed people, small and medium companies and international corporations.
Direct-callcenter is based in Netanya.
